The Mission Center is located at 7709 Westland Drive in west Knoxville on a
beautiful corner lot containing eight acres. Our beautiful new 8400 sq. ft.
Mission Center building, erected in 2000, houses the central offices of the
Association plus the Guthrey Conference Center. The property also contains
the Harris Pavilion, designed for our churches to hold picnics and outdoor
events. The residence on the property (formerly the Associational Office)
is now a missionary residence, designed to house workers at our Baptist
Centers as well as furloughing missionaries. Dr. Walter Taylor has served
as Director of Missions since 1989, and Dr. Joe Chandler has served as
Associate Director of Missions since 1990.
